01 Definitions and Applicability
In these Terms, "platform" refers to the 16bet website, mobile site and all related services. "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games and other gaming activities.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.
- "We" and "16bet" refer to the organization operating the platform.
- "User" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.
- "Account" refers to your personal account registered on 16bet.
- "Funds" refers to the money held in your account.
02 Eligibility and Account Registration
To use 16bet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those who are 21 or older.
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted or not prohibited.
- Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
- The account must be opened in your own name — opening an account in someone else's name is prohibited.
After registration, 16bet reserves the right to verify your identity. You may be asked to submit a national ID or other documents if required. In the event of false information, the account will be closed immediately and funds may be forfeited.

03 Account Security and Password
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Never share your username and password with any third party.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 16bet support team immediately.
- You are advised to change your password regularly.
- If you log in on someone else's device, make sure to log out after use.
16bet will never ask for your password via email, phone or live chat. If anyone claiming to be a 16bet representative asks for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt.
04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit terms:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- Deposited funds must be sent only through your own account. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
- Funds will not be available until each transaction is confirmed.
Withdrawal terms:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Winnings earned from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- 16bet reserves the right to review withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
16bet provides promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is announced.
Welcome bonus:
- 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
- Another example: deposit ৳14,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.
Wagering requirements:
- A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been completed.
General bonus terms:
- Bonus offers are for eligible players only and cannot be used more than once.
- 16bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.
- Promotional offers may be changed or cancelled at any time.

Gaming, Security & Responsibility
06 Betting and Gaming Rules
Sports betting, casino games and live dealer games are available on 16bet. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
Sports betting:
- Any bet can be cancelled before it is confirmed.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- If an event is cancelled or unsettled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- 16bet is not responsible for bets lost due to service outages, however compensation for technical errors will be reviewed.
Casino games:
- All game results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
- Live dealer games offer the opportunity to play directly with a real dealer.
- If a technical error occurs on the game provider's server, 16bet reserves the right to review the result of that round.
07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
16bet is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
- Completing wagering in a coordinated or group manner.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots or other technical aids.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to determine outcomes or participating in match fixing.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
If any of the above conduct is proven, 16bet will immediately close the account, may forfeit funds and may take legal action if necessary.
08 Responsible Gaming
16bet places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.
- You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
- There is an option to temporarily close your account (self-exclusion) for a set period of time if needed.

09 Limitation of Liability
16bet will not be liable in the following cases:

- Loss caused by issues with your own device or software.
- Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
- Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war or government intervention.
- Loss resulting from sharing your account information with others.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While the highest technical standards are maintained, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Disputes, Account & Changes
10 Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with any decision made by 16bet, please follow the steps below:

- Step 2: Provide a detailed description of the dispute along with the relevant transaction ID or game round ID.
- Step 3: 16bet will review the dispute and communicate its decision. This process may take some time.
16bet's decision will be considered final and binding. However, a commitment is made to resolve every dispute in an honest and transparent manner.
11 Account Closure and Suspension
16bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If evidence is found of managing multiple accounts.
- If registration is done using false information.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
- If required under the directions of a regulatory authority.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team. It is advised to withdraw any remaining valid funds before closing the account.
12 Changes to Terms and Conditions
16bet reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

- If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
